today visited the zoo,but i was disappointed to see the arrangements for the animals i think govt.should give more funds for the zoo animals and also increase the animals,though snacks inside the zoo are of good quality and economical ,LION SAFARI earlier use to be a g8 charm but the standards has gone down,animals are looking sick and weak……..lot of work has to be done to uplift it to the standards

really its boon 4 animal lovers,i regularly visit this zoo,staff is very caring 4 animals,an artificial lake adds 2 d beauty of zoo,i wud suggest authorities 2 start boating there,nd i wish 2 see white tigers again on my next visit nd its d only place of its kind in north india..

location is nice but what about those animals and birds who are being captured in it i don’t the capturing of animals……………..

Since I am regular visitor to this beautiful zoo would like to state that the caged vehicle ( like jurrasic park ) is taken in the zoo premises to see the lions and not the tigers
It is a great sight to watch so many lions in the open so close to you …a sight probably not available in any other zoo in India and the deer safari is also worth watching where you can take your vehicle at no additional cost ( after paying Rs 250 once )
Best time to visit is in winters when all the animals come out in the open and give u a good view
The zoo staff is very friendly and have maintained the zoo very well
A must see zoo for all animal lovers and wildlife enthusiasts

it was agood experience for me to see so many animals in a single location.but for better improvement i want to suggest u to provide water supply after at half km distance.

It was nice to see that the location of Chattbir Zoo and other valuable information about the nearby places are very briefly described. Hope u will try to upgrade the information every week or month. One of my suggestion is that u can try to display the news of the animals, their diet, habits, likes or dislikes etc. on the website. It will be more intersting.
