Where is sunrise villa located?

Sunrise Villa is located at Shoghi 13 Kms before Shimla near the Chandigarh Shimla national Highway. Sunrise villa is half a kilometers towards the right on Anandpur road from Shoghi bus stop.

How to reach sunrise villa by bus / car?

If coming by bus alight at Shoghi bus stop ( 13 Kms before Shimla) and take a taxi to sunrise villa which are readily available. They charge Rs 30-60 for dropping at sunrise villa. Otherwise if you prefer walking it is a ten minutes walk among the pine trees.

If comming by car take the right side road just after crossing Shoghi Bazaar and sunrise villa is next to the rail under bridge about half a kilometer from this junction.

How to reach sunrise villa by train?

Nearest broad gauge station is Kalka 70 Kms. On Kalka shimla narrow gauge track Shoghi station is about half a kilometer from Sunrise Villa. However narrow Gauge trains Shivalik express (Train No. 241) and Himalayan Queen (Train No. 255) does not have a stop at Shoghi while coming from Kalka side. For your convenience we can arrange for a pick up for you from Tara Devi the nearest halt for Himalayan Queen (8 Kms after Shoghi) and Shimla the nearest halt for Shivalik Express (13 Kms from Shoghi). Pickup charges are Rs 150 from Taradevi and Rs 300 from Shimla railway station.

Facilities include panoramic views, valley facing rooms, drive in parking, lawns, flowerbeds, fruit trees, vegetarian buffet meals. All rooms have standard facilities like wall to wall carpet, cable TV, attached toilets etc.

Yes colour TV with cable channels is available in every room.

What is the tariff of standard room?

The tariff is Rs 900 per day for doubble occupancy. No tax is applicable on this

What time is check-in and out?

Check in and check out time is 12:00 noon. How every we make it flexible for guests is situation permits.

Is breakfast included in the room tariff and what type of breakfast?

No breakfast is not included in room tariff. Vegetarian Buffet breakfast is offered at Rs 60 per head.

Home cooked vegetarian buffet breakfast and dinner is available in addition to tea and snacks.

Breakfast charges are Rs 60 per head and dinner charges are Rs 90 per head. Advance intimation is required fro this.

Yes max of three adults can stay in one room. Extra bed charges if required are Rs 200.

How rooms can be booked in advance?

Rooms can be booked in advance by paying 50% of the rent after taking availability confirmation on email  / phone.

What is the bookings cancellation policy?

10 days & prior to arrival - service cost if any (0% to 10% of advance)

09 days to 05 days prior to arrival - 50% of the advance.

04 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

Are payments accepted through credit card?

No we accept cash payments only.

Can we rent a car through sunrise villa?

Yes you can rent a car through sunrise villa on prior intimation. Usage charges as as per actual
