The Himalayan Nature ParkThe Himalayan Nature Park is located amidst 90 hectares of temperate vegetation that forms natural habitat for many a wild animals of the Western Himalayas. range of Skiing slopes in Kufri, where there are slopes to suit ever king of
skier. There's a beginner's run, an advanced slope and slalom run. PrerequisitesIt is commonly believed that only athletes can aspire to be skiing. This is not true. However, good physical conditions will ensure quick all around progress and avoid accidents. You should start getting into shape at least 15 days before arriving at the slopes, it will be of help to tone-up the required muscles and enable the trainees to pick-up skiing quickly and efficiently. Extra attention should be paid to strengthening the knee joints as they are the most common injury areas. Ensure to use the right kind of equipment to enjoy the sport fully. Specialized ski-clothing, gloves, UV-resistant sunglasses and a monkey-cap are some of the must-haves before hitting the slopes. Carbon skis are the ideal equipment.
